Features and Applications

Actmix ZBS-70CM is a pre-dispersed rubber foaming aid specially developed for rubber and plastic foaming materials such as NBR/PVC. In compounds added with azodicarbonamide (ADC) foaming agent, with the help of ZBS-70CM, the decomposition temperature of foaming agent ADC can be reduced by 40%; Actmix ZBS-70CM ensures the dispersion of ZBS in the compound, thereby ensuring the uniformity of cell pore size of foamed products and improving the stability of product quality. In terms of processing performance, Actmix ZBS-70CM uses carriers and dispersants that are fully compatible with polar rubber and plastic foaming materials, and can be quickly dispersed in rubber, thus ensuring the activity of active substances.

Dosage: Generally, the mass ratio of ZBS:ADC should be controlled at about 1:9.
Applications: Various heat-resistant rubber and plastic foamed products, such as hoses, insulation sleeves, insulation gaskets, etc., especially foamed products based on NBR and NBR/PVC blended materials.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
